You are welcome to return for exchange credit or refund (Excluding Sale Items) as per our process.  But please note Mr Simple do not offer free returns for packages delivered outside Australia.  The cost of international shipping can make it impractical to return, so please consider this when ordering. If you are making a return or require a refund of a purchase made in a different currency, the return will be made in AUD and will not account for fluctuations in currency conversion.
